Culture & Engagement Execution: Execute planned employee engagement and morale-boosting initiatives (e.g., team building, recognition programs) and Coordinate all logistics Training & Development Coordination: Coordinate all training programs: manage scheduling, logistics, communications, and preparation of materials and track employee training participation and maintain accurate and up-to-date training records. Talent Acquisition Support: Support the end-to-end recruitment process: schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and prepare offer letters upon approval. Onboarding & Integration: Facilitate a welcoming and comprehensive onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork is completed. Coordinate and deliver orientation sessions regarding company culture, policies, and administrative procedures. HR Administrative Support Update and maintain employee master data in the HRIS, ensuring high levels of accuracy. Process HR movements (joiners, leavers, promotions) in the system and support the HR Officer with payroll input.
