Roles and Responsibilities: Front Office & Administrative Support Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses Coordinate meetings, appointments, and boardroom bookings Maintain organized records, filing systems, and office documentation Support general administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and coordination of office activities Office Operations & Supplies Management Ensure consistent availability of office supplies across all BasiGo locations Raise and track LPOs and purchase orders for all administrative-related procurement Monitor Admin stock supplies levels and coordinate timely replenishment Facilities & Office Management Coordinate with contracted office assistants to ensure smooth facility operations across all depots Supervise and manage contracted office assistants, addressing queries related to BasiGo facilities Support quarterly fumigation and deep cleaning across all offices, including HQ Support maintenance and repair of office furniture and respond to facility-related requests Liaise with vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and service delivery Logistics & Office Coordination Manage courier services, mail handling, and deliveries across offices Support office setup for meetings, including refreshments and logistics coordination Ensure adherence to office safety, cleanliness, and operational standards Additional Responsibilities Support cross-functional administrative needs as required Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
