Workplace Safety and Health Coordinator (WSHC)

Key Responsibilities Conduct daily morning toolbox meetings at site to communicate safety procedures and work activities Perform routine site inspections to identify safety violations and ensure contractors comply with WSH requirements Coordinate with sub-contractors and project owners/users to plan and execute safe work schedules Assist in implementing and enforcing Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures Conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective and preventive measures Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective actions Prepare and submit weekly safety reports and maintain proper documentation Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Support emergency preparedness plans, drills, and safety campaigns Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on all safety-related matters Carry out all responsibilities expected of a Site Safety Coordinator Requirements Possess Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) Minimum 2 years of relevant site safety experience Familiar with local WSH regulations and permit-to-work systems Strong communication and coordination skills
