- Coordination Work with project teams, engineers, and Town Councils Arrange access to homes Schedule appointments with residents
- Site Support Be on-site to assist residents when necessary Inform them about power shutdowns Help resolve issues between residents and workers
- Complaint Handling Manage feedback on outages, noise, dust, and safety Provide updates and solutions Escalate serious issues when needed
- Documentation Record communications, complaints, and schedules Prepare reports for management
