Firing Point Safety Officer (1 Year Contract, Opportunity to Renew / Convert)

Duties & Responsibilities To ensure all weapon safety drills for the firer(s) that are assigned are executed in accordance with the established drill Comply with range conduct procedures and Range Standing Order Comply with all security procedures Ensure that all ranges are conducted in accordance to the established procedures as follows: Conduct break arm check upon arrival of firers Assist firers for in-processing Assist Chief Safety Officer in conduct of JIT Perform detailing IC duty Perform AAR IC duty Ensure the smooth and safe conduct of range Ensure firers complete the soldier satisfaction survey Adopt and practice safety culture in MMRC Undertake other duties as assign by immediate supervisor Skills & Experience Military veterans (active duty/retired) are welcomed to apply Proven experience in military weapon technical handling, authorised operating materials (AOM) and military safety management is a must Effective communication skills The candidate may be considered for conversion to a permanent role or contract renewal, subject to individual work performance and overall company performance Work Location is at Pasir Laba
