Training Admin Assistant

Job Details Location: Buona Vista Working Hours: Mon-Fri, Office Hour Work Type: 8-Month Contract Salary: $ 2,650 per month What you will be working on? Provide end-to-end administrative and logistical support for training programmes, seminars, conferences, study visits, and events (including programmes for foreign delegates). Manage full spectrum of course administration, including publicity, participant registration, training materials, venue coordination, system updates, and on-site support. Coordinate vendors, trainers, travel arrangements, procurement, invoicing, and payments to ensure smooth programme delivery. Monitor programme enrolment, revenue, expenses, and accruals while maintaining accurate records and database management. Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence and compliance with operational guidelines. Support reporting, KPI tracking, alumni database management, and raise service or operational matters to management when required. What are we looking for? Singaporean only Minimum A-Level/Diploma in Event Management/ Business Management or relevant discipline. Prior experience in event management and coordination would be advantageous.
