Role Overview As a Business Development, Acquisition Associate at SPX Express, you will help grow our hyperlocal logistics network by securing new partners, managing the full sales cycle, and supporting strategic initiatives to optimise revenue and operations. You will play a key role in shaping the future of e-commerce and logistics in Southeast Asia. Acquisition & Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities (Non-Shopee Sellers), and manage full sales cycle Be part of the acquisition team to acquire and gain market share, achieve effective practices and sales strategy Monitor and analyse sales performance and operation metrics to provide solutions to ensure revenue optimisation and sales targets met Work with team managers to define, implement and execute growth strategy Strategic Initiatives & Process Improvement: Partner with relevant teams to ensure synchronised strategic implementation and satisfactory customer experience Lead in-team projects to set up improvement processes and execute new initiatives Requirements: Bachelors degree preferably with business background Experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce industry is preferred Prior experience in sales or business development will be advantageous Good communication capability and enjoy client facing work Strong business acumen and analytical skills Proactive and self-driven, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team
