Customs Operations Specialist – APAC | Up to $6,500

Duration: 1 year Location: Bugis Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm Responsibilities: Prepare and submit import/export documents (CI, PL, PO, HS Codes, COO) Execute and maintain HS classification and customs databases Track customs clearance progress and resolve inspection/document issues Manage processing trade manuals and bonded inventory requirements Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal teams Support duty optimisation initiatives (FTA, tariff concessions, VAT) Consolidate landed cost components for analysis Support customs audits and maintain proper record‑keeping Prepare routine customs reports and maintain SOPs/WIs Requirements: Degree in International Trade, Customs, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields 3–5 years APAC customs or trade compliance experience Proficient in Excel and MS Office; SAP/PowerBI is a plus Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills By sending us your personal data and curriculum vitae (CV), you are deemed to consent to PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd and its affiliates to collect, use and disclose your personal data for the purposes set out in the Policy available at https://www.persolsingapore.com/policies.
