IT Systems & Applications Support
Description
We are looking for an IT Systems & Applications Support to manage and maintain our digital infrastructure, administer enterprise systems, develop workflow applications using low-code/no-code tools, and provide day-to-day IT support across all departments. Key Responsibilities: ERP Administration & Support
- Administer and maintain the company's ERP system, including user account management, access permissions, and system configuration.
- Support end-users across departments in the day-to-day use of ERP modules.
- Coordinate with the ERP vendor for system updates, issue resolution, and implementation of new features.
- Generate reports and extract data from the ERP system to support management decision-making.
- Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and SOPs for ERP usage. Low-Code / No-Code Application Development
- Design, build, and maintain business workflow applications using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g. Google AppSheet, Microsoft Power Apps, or similar).
- Collaborate with department heads to identify operational bottlenecks and develop digital solutions.
- Automate routine administrative and operational tasks to improve efficiency. IT Infrastructure & Desktop Support
- Provide first-line technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Set up, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, printers, and office equipment.
- Manage local area network (LAN), Wi-Fi connectivity, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Administer user accounts, email accounts, access permissions, and shared drives.
- Maintain an inventory of company IT equipment and software licences. Documentation, Training & Compliance Support
- Document common technical issues and troubleshooting steps for internal reference.
- Prepare and deliver basic training sessions to staff on new systems, tools, and platforms.
- Support the company's electronic document management system and assist users with document workflows. Essential Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar hands-on IT role.
- Practical experience administering or supporting an ERP system (any platform).
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code development platforms (e.g. Google AppSheet, Microsoft Power Apps, Airtable, or similar).
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS).
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
- Good communication skills with the ability to guide users of varying technical levels. Desired Skills:
- Basic scripting or coding ability (e.g. Python, VBA, Google Apps Script, JavaScript, or SQL).
- Experience with electronic document management systems.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services.
- Exposure to regulated manufacturing environments (ISO 13485, GMP) is an advantage. What We Offer:
