Description

Job Summary Provide administrative and reception support to ensure smooth daily operations at the school’s General Office, assisting students, parents, and staff with enquiries and office tasks. Responsibilities Manage phone calls, walk-ins, and general enquiries from parents, students, and the public to provide timely and accurate information Deliver first-level assistance to walk-in students, including attending to sick or injured students and escalating serious cases to appropriate colleagues Relay messages and concerns from parents received via phone or visits to relevant teachers promptly Monitor and manage office stock of stationery, pantry items, and first aid supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels Assist in counting, sorting, and distributing brochures, leaflets, and other materials to teachers and students efficiently Maintain and replenish current forms in the General Office to ensure availability and accuracy Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming at all times Prepare correspondence and documents accurately for school communications Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries promptly Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the school to support office operations Preferred competencies and qualifications GCE ‘O’ Level qualification Demonstrate a pleasant disposition and people-oriented approach to support positive interactions Exhibit good communication skills and collaborate effectively within a team environment Possess relevant reception or customer service experience to handle front office duties professionally Have prior work experience with students in school settings to understand their needs Working knowledge of MS Office applications to assist with document preparation and office tasks Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. , inclusive of 30 minslunch break Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
