Responsibilities: Independently draft and review reinsurance contracts, non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, and related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards. Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders during contract negotiations. Proactively track, monitor, and follow up on active contract matters, particularly with respect to novation activities. Confirm that executed agreements accurately reflect the terms before circulation to relevant stakeholders. Provide guidance on best practices, interpretation, and legal implications in contract management. Administer and maintain meticulous records of legal documents. Undertake any additional duties as assigned. Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Law or (Re)insurance Studies. Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role, preferably within the reinsurance or insurance sector. Strong knowledge of contract administration with a focus on drafting clear reinsurance agreements is advantageous. Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Highly ethical, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality.
