Description
Responsibilities: Manage front desk and reception duties, including visitor registration, call handling, document and courier management, and coordination of meeting rooms. Provide comprehensive day-to-day administrative support, such as maintaining records, coordinating office supplies, and assisting with logistics. Facilitate finance reimbursement processes by collecting, organizing, and filing necessary supporting documents. Maintain vendor information, track procurement activities, and update contracts and purchase records. Undertake additional duties as assigned by the department or management. Requirements: Diploma or above, or equivalent relevant working experience. Relevant experience in front desk, administration, office support, finance clerical support, or procurement coordination is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
