Contract : 1 Year Salary: $2600 - $2,700 / mth Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.30 am to 6 pm; Friday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Job Description Handle general enquiries (calls and emails) from employers and workers, including CRM escalations from Review and assist to route FormSG and CRM cases to relevant teamsfor follow-up Collate necessary statistics from CRM and FormSG for case tracking Handle returned mails for letters sent out by CPG team Updating of results and related enquires To perform ad-hoc duties including data-entry task, generation of standard outcome letters and issue outcome to customers Requirement: Possess positive work attitude Good communication skills Computer literate and know MS Office Able to work with minimum supervision Admin or data entry experience preferred EA License No.: 96C4864 Reg No.: R25128798 HUANG QIMENG
