We are looking for Ops Support Executives (EUC / Desktop Support) to join a dynamic IT operations team supporting enterprise client environments across Singapore. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy troubleshooting, system support, and working in large-scale IT environments while gaining exposure to infrastructure operations and client platform management. šŸ’¼ Position Overview As an Ops Support Executive , you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining end-user computing (EUC) platforms , ensuring systems run smoothly and service levels are met. You will work closely with IT teams to troubleshoot incidents, manage system changes, and support platform upgrades. As per project deployment, you will deploy to a site and station there for the job assignment. Salary & Benefits Salary: Up to S$3,050 S$50 Monthly Mobile Allowance 1 Month Performance Bonus Exposure to enterprise IT infrastructure environments Opportunity to gain experience in large-scale IT operations Work Arrangement Work Location: Deployment across various sites within Singapore Contract Duration: 1 Year Standby: 24 Ɨ 7 support standby required Mon To Fri Office Hours Key Responsibilities Provide desktop and end-user computing (EUC) support across client environments. Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft Windows platform issues . Respond promptly to incidents and provide temporary or permanent solutions . Handle service requests related to client platforms . Support system installation, configuration, and upgrades . Monitor service levels and maintain system documentation and configuration records . Participate in client platform implementation and upgrade projects . Conduct research and evaluation of new platform tools and technologies . Manage system changes through change request processes . Provide technical advice to customers and project teams when required. Ensure IT services meet agreed service level requirements . 🧰 Must-Have Skills Desktop Support experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment Experience troubleshooting PC, laptop, and end-user issues Good understanding of IT troubleshooting methodologies ⭐ Preferred Skills Experience supporting enterprise IT environments Familiarity with ITIL / incident management processes Exposure to system upgrades and infrastructure support Good communication and customer service skills Ideal Candidate Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field 1–3 years of Desktop Support / EUC support experience Able to work independently and respond quickly to incidents Comfortable to work any client sites across Singapore as per project deployment Why Join Us?
