Systems Administrator (Infrastructure)

Job Summary The Systems Administrator will manage application infrastructure environments, coordinate deployments, and support system availability across development, UAT, and production environments. Responsibilities Manage and maintain application infrastructure environments to ensure operational stability and performance across development, UAT, and production stages Coordinate and execute system deployments and environment setups to support seamless application releases Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues, minimizing downtime and service disruptions Monitor system availability, perform backups, and implement proactive measures to maintain data integrity and service continuity Support audit processes, enforce security protocols, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards Document infrastructure configurations, deployment procedures, and incident resolutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and operational transparency Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrated experience administering Windows and Linux server environments in enterprise settings Proficient knowledge of middleware technologies, application servers, and database systems to support integrated infrastructure Proven ability to support enterprise infrastructure operations with effective coordination and communication skills
