Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Active Directory Migration Engineer / Consultant with strong hands-on experience in AD Cross-Forest / Cross-Domain Migration for a large enterprise environment. The candidate should have expertise in planning, deg, and executing migration of Users, Groups, Service Accounts, Computers, Servers, and Microsoft Infrastructure Services from source AD forest to target AD forest with minimal business disruption. Key Skills Required • Active Directory (ADDS) • AD Cross-Forest / Cross-Domain Migration • Azure AD / Entra ID / Azure AD Connect • DNS / DHCP Migration • Group Policy (GPO) • AD Security Hardening / LAPS • Forest Trust / Domain Trust • SID History / Re-ACL • Hyper-V / Cluster Migration • File Server / SMTP Migration • Troubleshooting & Hypercare Support Key Responsibilities • Execute end-to-end Active Directory migration • Establish trust relationship between domains/forests • Migrate users, groups, computers, servers, and service accounts • Implement AD security hardening and Microsoft best practices • Support migration of DNS, DHCP, Azure AD, Hyper-V, SMTP, and File Servers • Perform validation, UAT, cutover, and post-migration support • Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer Preferred Candidate Profile • 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Infrastructure / Active Directory • Strong hands-on experience in enterprise AD migration projects • Must have worked on at least 2+ AD Cross-Forest Migration projects • Experience in large enterprise / multi-site environments preferred • Immediate / short notice candidates preferred
