Retail Marketing & Communications Plan and execute end-to-end retail campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and in-store activations Develop localized, customer-centric marketing communications across retail channels Work with design teams to produce in-store and digital marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency Monitor campaign performance using data and insights to optimize ROI and effectiveness Drive visual merchandising strategies and conduct store audits to ensure consistent execution Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align retail execution with overall strategy Collaborate with designers and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing assets on time and within budget Support store teams to ensure smooth implementation and strong on-ground execution Requirements 3 - 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail marketing, or marketing communications. Strong understanding of brand guidelines and marketing communication principles. Excellent attention to detail, especially in ensuring accuracy of messaging and visual execution. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
