About the ST&S Operations Team The supply, trading & shipping (ST&S) Operations team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of trading and shipping activities within our organization. We manage physical deal transactions after trader execution, ensuring all contractual obligations are met safely, compliantly, and in a commercially optimized manner. Our work spans logistics coordination, documentation, and operational processes to maximize commercial value. Role Overview As our Operations apprentice, you will be assigned to at least 2 rotations over 2 years to learn to collaborate across multiple teams and external partners to deliver operational excellence and support strategic initiatives, ensuring that every activity aligns with safety, compliance, and commercial objectives.
