Project Coordinator (Construction Sector | WFH | 6 months Contract)

Key Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Prepare and maintain project documentation such as drawings, reports, permits, and contractsTrack project timelines, materials delivery, manpower, and costsAttend site meetings and record minutes of meeting Ensure compliance with workplace safety and regulatory requirements Handle progress claims, variation orders, and payment tracking Monitor work quality and report any issues or delays Liaise with consultants, clients, suppliers, and government authorities Support project handover, inspections, and defect rectification works Any other ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry Knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and site coordination Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project) Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills Able to work independently and under pressure Familiar with local construction regulations and safety standards is an advantage Proficient in Mandarin and English to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
