Product Ownership: Oversee the full product lifecycle and backlog for the regional Mobile App, ensuring all functional and regulatory needs are met. Agile Collaboration: Work within Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to manage dependencies, trade-offs, and feature delivery. Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, articulating design and implementation strategies clearly. Change & Training: Develop easy-to-use training materials and engagement strategies for clients and front-office staff. Data-Driven Iteration: Analyze client behavior and usability testing to continuously improve the digital experience and drive adoption.
