System Architect

System Architect Software is a core capability for my client, supporting the delivery of complex, high impact systems across sectors including healthcare, communications, and industrial technology. The System Architect will play a key role across the full life cycle from early concept and system definition through to delivery working closely with clients and leading both technical direction and project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Define and own high level system architecture for complex software-driven products Translate ambiguous requirements into clear, scalable, and secure system designs Lead architectural decisions, including technology selection and system trade-offs Oversee delivery to ensure alignment with architectural intent Engage with stakeholders at both technical and commercial levels Key Requirements Proven experience deg complex, end-to-end software systems Expertise in system architecture and high-level design A strong academic background from A levels Experience leading projects, teams, and budgets in a commercial environment Ability to operate across the full development life cycle, from concept to delivery Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Embedded C/C++ Key information Onsite role based in Cambridge Salary open DOE Private healthcare for you and family Profit related bonus Life Insurance X6 salary 13% pension (10% employer 3% personal)
