We are looking for an R&D Software Developer

What You Will Work On

• Develop software for robotic welding applications and related system functionality.
• Program and maintain software components using C, C++, and JavaScript.
• Contribute to development of connectivity features and application-level logic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to achieve project goals.
• Participate in iterative development using Lean-Agile methodologies.
• Support system improvements and feature enhancements across robotic platforms.
• Contribute to testing, debugging, and continuous improvement of software quality.
• Work closely with engineers involved in robotics, automation, and system integration.

What You Bring

• Experience in software development using C and C++.
• Experience working with JavaScript in application development environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience or interest in robotics, industrial automation, or welding systems is considered an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in global development teams.
