Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Junior Software Developer

What You Will Work On

• Develop embedded software for bus applications and vehicle control units.
• Implement smaller software features and improvements using C++.
• Investigate and fix software defects.
• Participate in system integration and testing activities.
• Collaborate with senior developers, system engineers, and test engineers.
• Contribute to agile development activities including planning and reviews.
• Support continuous improvement of software quality and functionality.
• Gain exposure to the full embedded development lifecycle in automotive systems.

What You Bring

• Engineering background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Basic to solid knowledge of C++ programming.
• Strong interest in embedded systems and real-time software development.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn from experienced team members.
• Professional communication skills in English; Swedish is considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with automotive communication protocols such as CAN or LIN is beneficial.
• Interest in the automotive industry or experience from vehicle-related student projects such as Formula Student is considered a plus.
