Ruhama are seeking to appoint an experienced, committed and enthusiasticHR Managerto take ownership of theHRfunction within Ruhama and, by working closely with the CEO and Senior Management Team, to develop theHRstructures within the organisation which includes, but is not limited to, administration (leave, time& attendance, policies & procedures etc.), performance management, employee engagement, workforce and succession planning. Full time, 1-year Fixed Term - Applications are now invited for the above position. Ruhama is an Irish NGO and registered charity that offers nationwide support to women impacted by prostitution, human trafficking for sexual exploitation and other forms of commercial sexual exploitation.
