Key duties involve executing HR strategies, managing personnel records, assisting in compensation, and supervising staff. Key Responsibilities and Duties Recruitment & Talent: Lead recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, to meet staffing needs. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for staff inquiries, grievances, and engagement initiatives. Compliance & Administration: Ensure adherence to labor laws, maintain updated employee files, and manage HRIS data. Performance & Development: Assist in implementing performance management systems and employee training programs.
