HR Manager

On behalf of our client, a company based in Geneva, we are currently looking for a :

HR Manager

Main Responsibilities

Manage the full spectrum of HR activities, including onboarding, employee relations, etc.

Handle sensitive and confidential HR cases with discretion and professionalism.

Act as the right hand of the HR Director, providing daily operational and strategic support.

Lead and contribute to HR projects, such as AI and digitalization

Team management (at a later stage)

Profile

Previous experience as a HR Generalist with exposure to all HR functions, including sensitive cases.

Highly autonomous, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, and integrity.

Strong project management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
