Lead Creative Producer

Description

Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in game dev, is looking for aLead Creative Producerfor our client, a successful game publisher.

In this role, you will head the creative direction for external teams, ensuring that every project in the portfolio has a winning visual strategy and high marketability.

System Development: Create and evolve a creative production system that ensures a stable flow of innovative video creatives for UA campaigns.

Process Management: Build or refine internal processes within the creative department, including the setup of an efficient production pipeline for both creatives and tests.

Quality Control: Oversee visual and motion quality, establishing high standards for all creative output.

Strategic Analysis: Monitor mobile advertising trends and creative formats, generating ideas based on benchmarks and product analysis.

Performance Optimization: Analyze A/B test results and UA metrics (CTR, CVR, CPI, CAC, ROAS) to scale successful hypotheses in collaboration with the UA team.

Resource Management: Manage priorities, workloads, deadlines, and budgets while coordinating with external teams, agencies, and freelancers.

Innovation: Optimize production workflows by implementing and utilizing AI tools.

Knowledge Base: Maintain a library of ideas, tests, and references for systematic reuse and production acceleration.

Experience: 2–3 years of experience as a Creative Lead or Team Lead in a creative department.

Industry Expertise: Proven background in the mobile gaming industry.

Leadership: Strong experience in managing both internal and external teams, with the ability to mentor subordinates and share expertise.

Operational Skills: Experience building creative department processes from scratch and managing performance tracking/creative success metrics.

Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical abilities to work with data and improve key UA metrics.

Technical Proficiency: Professional command of creative software and experience using AI tools for content optimization.

Soft Skills: A proactive leader who is organized, takes responsibility for the team, and can clearly communicate ideas while remaining open to others' perspectives.

Adaptability: Ability to solve non-trivial tasks, switch tasks quickly, and handle high-volume production under tight deadlines.

Work on different new projects in different genres.

With its own publishing capabilities, the company collaborates with various ad networks in more than 100 countries, managing substantial budgets.
