We are looking for aLead QA Managerwho will build and lead QA processes to ensure stable product quality across multiple projects.
Establish QA processes, standards, and checklists, including regression testing and automation in the release pipeline.
Lead a QA team: training, task distribution, and professional growth.
Oversee bug tracking and release quality, collaborating with producers and developers on priorities and risks.
Reduce the number of critical bugs reaching production.
Smooth release cycles with testing integrated into development.
Critical issues fixed on time, fewer bugs in production.
Strong collaboration between QA, developers, and producers.
Strong knowledge of QA tools and bug-tracking systems.
English proficiency for documentation and communication.
Previous Lead QA experience in game studios with 1–3 month development cycles.
Proven track record of implementing and optimizing QA processes.
Fully remote work with flexible schedule (team core hours).
