We are looking for aGame Designerwith 5+ years of experience to further developColor Slide, even though it is already commercially successful and has the potential to be a hit.

Formulating hypotheses to improve the game and helping to implement them.

Supporting studios in developing long-term plans and team development.

Working with game mechanics: developing concepts and technical specifications.

Working with analytics: analyzing released mechanics, forming data-driven hypotheses to improve current mechanics and the project as a whole.

Testing and evaluating game quality at various stages of development through build reviews.

Monitoring new products and potentially interesting features in other games.

5+ years of experience as a Game Designer in mobile f2p games of which at least the last 2 years with hybrid casual/casual genres.

Experience of creating and maintaining documentation (concepts, GDDs, balance sheets).

Experience of overseeing feature development from concept to release.

Understanding of key game product metrics and the ability to formulate hypotheses for A/B tests.
