We are looking for aGame Balance Designerwith 3+ years of experience to further developPocket Sortfrom a balancing and economic perspective because we see here opportunities for further project growth.

The development and maintenance of game balance and economics.

Work with game analytics (analysis of player behavior, analysis and monitoring of metrics, creation and setup of A/B tests, proposals for testing hypotheses, etc.).

Participating in the design, development, and maintenance of features.

Developing, updating, and maintaining game documentation, as well as creating guides and instructions.

3+ years of experience as a GD Generalist with expertise in balance.

Experience creating game documentation (ability to write technical documentation for features, ability to accurately maintain calculation and balance tables)

Advanced knowledge and use of Google Sheets (knowledge of other tools is a plus).

Mathematical and analytical mindset (strong math skills: functions, graphs, building mathematical models).

Extensive gaming experience and a passion for mobile games; staying up-to-date on the state of the mobile industry and gaming industry trends.
