We are looking for aSenior Data Scientist- an expert who will help build a personalized gaming experience for millions of users through modern ML solutions, segmentation strategies, and innovative recommendation systems.
Design and implement models that better understand player behavior, optimize personalization and monetization, and support scalable hypotheses that directly impact product LTV.
Develop and maintain user segmentation models for targeted marketing and personalization.
Build and implement a recommendation system optimized for cross-promotion.
Analyze large-scale gaming datasets to identify behavioral patterns, preferences, and churn risks.
3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist in gamedev is a must.
Proven experience in user segmentation and recommendation algorithms development.
Strong SQL skills (experience with Amazon Redshift is a plus).
Solid knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, etc.).
Ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into practical business solutions.
