• CIPD or equivalent qualification is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years HR Management experience within Hospitality (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour law and standard practice.
• Confident communicator with a hands-on approachable style.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
