In this role, you will provide essential legal support in dispute resolution matters, collaborating closely with cross-border teams to ensure effective case management and client satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and organization of legal documents related to dispute cases.
• Support attorneys in conducting legal research and fact-finding activities.
• Coordinate and manage communication between clients, courts, and other legal entities in both English and the second language.
• Maintain detailed case files and ensure all documentation complies with firm and regulatory standards.
• Schedule and prepare materials for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Translate and review legal documents to facilitate multilingual case handling.
• Work collaboratively with international teams to support cross-jurisdictional litigation and arbitration matters.
• Monitor case deadlines and manage calendaring to ensure timely filings and responses. Requirements:
• Fluency in English and a Arabic relevant to the firm's international clientele.
• Proven experience as a paralegal in dispute resolution or litigation within a law firm environment.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures in dispute cases.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse teams and clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international legal setting.
• Prior experience working in or with US international law firms is an advantage. Salary: AED 30,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
