Experienced Immigration Legal Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Premium Immigration Paralegal to support our growing firm in helping aspiring immigrants change their lives. You will work within a cloud-based network to provide high-level professional support for complex visa petitions.

Key Responsibilities

•    Prepare and organize immigration petitions and applications, including H-1B, L-1A, TN, E2, eb-1, and eb-5 cases.

•    Respond to government requests for evidence and organize necessary documentation.

•    Communicate directly with clients to gather essential information and case documents.

•    Draft legal forms, support letters, and official correspondence.

•    Track case deadlines and maintain organized digital case files.

•    Utilize MyCase immigration software and Office 365 (Teams/OneDrive) to follow firm processes.

Candidate Requirements

•    Minimum 2 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal working with US-based law firms.

•    Proven track record of successful results with H-1B, L-1A, TN, E2, eb-1, and eb-5 filings.

•    Proficiency in MyCase or similar immigration case management software.

•    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, specifically Teams and OneDrive.

•    Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail in legal drafting.
