This is a high-profile, technically complex programme offering the opportunity to be involved in one of the region’s most significant aviation projects. Role Overview You will play a key role in the pre-contract phase, supporting cost planning, estimation, and procurement strategy across large-scale aviation and infrastructure packages. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will contribute to the successful delivery of cost certainty from early concept through to tender stage. Key Responsibilities • Prepare detailed cost plans, estimates, and benchmarking for aviation and infrastructure works • Support feasibility studies and budget development • Undertake value engineering and cost optimisation exercises • Assist in tender documentation, BOQs, and procurement strategy • Evaluate tenders and provide commercial analysis and recommendations • Work closely with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure cost alignment • Provide accurate cost reporting and risk analysis during pre-contract stages Requirements: Key Requirements • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline • Proven experience in pre-contract / cost planning roles • Experience on large-scale infrastructure or aviation projects preferred • Strong understanding of procurement processes and contract forms • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders Salary: AED 30,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
