Responsibilities Our newest opportunity is for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our team based in Dubai, UAE. The Quantity Surveyor (QS) will be responsible for managing all aspects of the cost, contract, and financial control of a large-scale construction project. The QS will work closely with the client, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure that all financial aspects of the project are accurately tracked and that costs remain within budget. Experience working on roads and infrastructure works will be highly valued. We envisage success in this role to include: Managing and controlling the project budget and providing regular cost reports to the client and project team. Ensure that the project is delivered within the approved budget and cost expectations. Overseeing the preparation of procurement documents, tendering processes, and contractor selection. Ensure that all procurement activities are in line with project objectives, timelines, and budget. Implementing and managing FIDIC contracts, including reviewing contract conditions, managing variations, and ensuring compliance with contract terms.
