Responsibilities Our newest opportunity is for a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The position is responsible for overseeing all mechanical works on-site, ensuring that construction activities comply with approved designs, standards, specifications, and local authority regulations. We envisage success in this role to include: Monitor, inspect, and supervise all mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and mechanical equipment installations. Review contractors' shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical proposals, ensuring compliance with project specifications and applicable codes. Conduct routine site inspections and issue NCRs/SORs when required to maintain quality standards. Ensure that installations conform to approved IFC drawings and project requirements. Coordinate with the contractor, client representatives, and other engineering disciplines to resolve site-related technical issues.
