Title: Cyber Security Project Manager Engagement Type: Contract Location: Houston, Texas Downtown, must relocate, No Exceptions. Proven experience managing SAP implementation or transformation programs, including integration with enterprise systems. Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience managing sprints, backlogs, and releases. Experience coordinating across complex IT landscapes, including SAP, middleware, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications. Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains such as IAM, application security, data protection, and risk/compliance frameworks. Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity initiatives across enterprise IT environments, ensuring alignment with business, compliance, and risk management objectives. Manage cybersecurity workstreams within large-scale SAP implementation and transformation programs, ensuring secure design, build, and deployment. Coordinate cross-functional teams including SAP, infrastructure, applications, security, and integration teams to deliver secure and compliant solutions. Drive Agile/Scrum execution by managing backlogs, sprint planning, and release cycles for cybersecurity and SAP-related initiatives. Ensure cybersecurity requirements are embedded across SAP and integrated systems (e.g., middleware, identity management, cloud, and data platforms). Oversee implementation of security controls including identity & access management, data protection, network security, and application security within SAP landscapes. Identify, track, and mitigate cybersecurity risks across projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk frameworks and regulatory requirements. Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, dependencies, and key milestones. Collaborate with architecture and security teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise security standards and best practices. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance security posture, streamline delivery processes, and optimize program execution.
