Quantity Surveyor (QS) / Project Manager

Job Summary The Quantity Surveyor (QS) will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs) Monitor project costs and provide regular financial reports Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for projects Manage procurement, including tendering and contract administration Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate contracts Track project progress and handle variations and claims Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers Key Competencies Attention to detail Strong financial and commercial awareness Problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
