Concrete Root Cellar Construction

Budget: $750 - $1500

I need a skilled contractor to design a root cellar with the following specifications:

• Dimensions: 24' x 13' (interior)
• Buried depth: 3-4'
• Hillside entrance with a single door leading into a 5' airlock, then into the cellar
• Flooring: Gravel
• Primary material: Concrete

Ideal skills and experience:

• Experience in underground construction
• Proficiency in working with concrete
• Knowledge of proper ventilation and moisture control for root cellars
• Ability to manage hillside landscaping and ensure structural integrity -Wood like high strength concrete garage floor panels for roof (17) 8" landscape stone steps from finished floor at entrance to grade.

Looking for complete set of drawings to give to concrete guys.
