Detailed Residential Quantity Takeoff

Budget: ₹1500 - ₹12500

I’m finalising the pre-construction package for a 3 new residential building and need a meticulous quantity surveyor to break every element down into measurable figures. You will receive a full set of detailed architectural plans in DWG and I’d like you to extract an item-by-item take-off that covers our complete scope: foundation and flooring, walls and roofing, plus all plaster and waterproofing works.

The estimate must be highly detailed—please reference drawing numbers, show unit rates and totals, and structure the workbook so it can plug straight into our budgeting model. An Excel-based Bill of Quantities accompanied by the marked-up drawings (or a CostX/Bluebeam file if that’s your workflow) will form the core deliverable. Accuracy, clear descriptions and traceable calculations are essential; I’ll review against the plans before we sign off.
