Engineered Rooftop Solar CAD Plans

Budget: $250 - $750

I need a full set of engineer-stamped CAD drawings to secure permits for a commercial solar array that will sit on the rooftop of a warehouse with well over 5,000 sq ft of available space. The plans must show layout, racking, structural calculations, attachment details, electrical one-line and three-line diagrams, point-to-point conduit runs, and grounding in compliance with all relevant codes (IBC, NEC 2023, local fire setbacks).

Please prepare the sheets in AutoCAD (DWG) so my installer can edit dimensions later if field conditions shift. A PDF plan set for submission is also required. Stamp and professional credentials must be valid for the project’s U.S. state; I will supply the exact address and existing roof drawings once we start.

Deliverables • Complete CAD plan set (roof layout, structural, electrical, stringing) • Structural load calculations summary (PDF) • PV array production estimate pulled from HelioScope or PVsyst (optional but appreciated)

I’ll be available to answer RFI’s quickly so we can push this through the AHJ without revisions. Let me know your expected turnaround time and any data you still need.
