I have a residential shop that will operate completely off-grid in Fresno County, California, and I need a full set of stamped solar-plus-storage electrical plans that the county will approve for permits. The array will be roof-mounted and paired with a dedicated battery storage system, so every sheet must address current NEC, CEC, Title 24, and local structural requirements.
