I need a friendly, confident Japanese speaker—JLPT N3 or N4 level is perfect—to become the first point of contact between my company and targeted manufacturing firms in Japan. The objective is strictly sales and marketing: you will introduce our solution, learn each prospect’s basic needs, and keep the conversation moving until I can step in to close.

Here’s how the work flows. You will research or use the lead list I provide, reach out by phone or email in natural Japanese, present our business in simple terms, and note any questions or requirements. After every interaction you’ll send me a concise English summary so I can adjust strategy or pricing before the next touchpoint. Once a relationship shows promise, you schedule follow-up meetings, sit in if needed, and continue nurturing the account so the dialogue never stalls.

Deliverables I rely on each week: • Contact log with dates, channels used, and key takeaways • English summaries of all meaningful calls or mail exchanges • A short plan for the next steps with each active lead

No heavy translation work is required; clear conversation and ongoing relationship building are the priorities. Familiarity with basic business email etiquette, Zoom, and any simple CRM will help you settle in quickly, but attitude and consistency matter most.
