Description

Daily on-field activity drives my brokerage’s pipeline, so I need a sales specialist who can spend most of the day face-to-face with prospects and buyers. The focus is purely sales and marketing in the field — no website or digital campaigns for now.

Core responsibilities • Property showings: guide prospects through listings, highlight key features, and collect feedback on the spot. • Client meetings: meet owners, investors, and walk-in leads to understand requirements, negotiate terms, and move deals forward. • Cold calling in person: visit nearby apartment complexes, offices, and retail hubs to introduce our services, distribute brochures, and book appointments.

Success will be measured by: • Clearly logged showings and meetings in our CRM at the end of each day. • A steady flow of qualified leads handed to our in-house closers. • Professional conduct that maintains the firm’s reputation during every interaction.

Local market knowledge, polished communication skills, and the stamina to be on the road most of the day are essential.

I am ready to onboard immediately and provide listing access, marketing collateral, and initial training on our scripts and brand voice.
