I run TradeFlow AI, an AI automation agency built for Australian plumbing businesses. This is a long term ongoing role, not a short project. As the business grows your call volume and earning potential grow with it.

The way it works is simple. Warm prospects book calls automatically through our system. You show up, walk them through the solution, and close the deal. No cold calling, no chasing leads, no admin work.

The product you’ll be selling is an AI automation system priced at A$7,150 upfront plus A$2,150 per month. Your cut is 15% of the setup fee which works out to A$1,072.50 every time you close a deal. That gets paid to your bank account within 48 hours of each payment clearing. No commission on the monthly retainer.

I give every closer a full briefing pack including a word for word sales script, objection handling, and everything they need to know about the product. Calls are booked automatically so you never have to prospect or cold call anyone. One thing worth understanding about this market, plumbers and tradies are incredibly busy, hands on people who have never dealt with AI or automation before. They are not tech savvy and they don’t need to be. That’s exactly why they come to us. Your job on the call is to make the technology feel simple, relatable and worth it. If you can explain AI in plain language to someone who has spent their career with their hands in pipes, you’ll close deals consistently.

The person I’m looking for has closed high ticket B2B deals over the phone before, ideally in tech, SaaS or digital services. You need to be comfortable explaining AI and automation simply without jargon or overcomplicating it. Most importantly you need to be reliable and represent the brand professionally on every single call.

This is a commission only independent contractor role. No base salary. You handle your own tax. A written agreement gets signed before your first call. Start date is estimated at 7 to 10 days but may be slightly longer depending on final setup. I’ll keep you updated every step of the way and won’t waste your time.
