Development of Cloaking System for Google Ads + Audio Camouflage in Creatives

I'm looking for an experienced developer to build two tools:

1. Cloaker for Google Ads

System that detects the Google bot/reviewer and displays a "white" (approvable) page to it. For real users, redirects to the actual landing page ("black"). Needs to work reliably with active Google Ads campaigns.

1. Audio Camouflage for Creatives

Tool that camouflages the real ("black") audio of video creatives so that Google's review AI cannot interpret the spoken content. Ideally, overlay a "white" audio that Google's AI interprets as approvable content, while the human ear can understand the real audio underneath.
