Personal Brand & Systems Operator (LinkedIn + Notion + AI)

Operate and scale the personal brand and life systems of two senior professionals (husband + wife) across:

LinkedIn (thought leadership & visibility) Notion (personal + professional operating system) AI tools (content creation, workflows, automation)

Goal:

Increase visibility in India + UAE markets Attract high-quality career and consulting opportunities Build a structured, high-functioning personal operating system

Scope of Work

  1. Personal Brand & Content (Core
  • 60%)

For two individuals:

Create 2–3 LinkedIn posts per person per week (4–6 total) Convert: raw ideas voice notes discussions into: sharp insights structured frameworks high-quality posts Maintain distinct voice for both individuals Improve: profile positioning headlines About sections Build content themes aligned to: climate policy finance / strategy career positioning 2. AI-Enabled Content & Workflow Management (15–20%) Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to: accelerate drafting refine content generate variations Build lightweight workflows for: content creation repurposing scheduling Ensure: speed + quality non-generic output 3. Notion System Ownership (20–25%)

Own and manage a comprehensive Notion system for both individuals:

A. Content System Idea bank Draft pipeline Posting tracker B. Personal OS Goals tracking Knowledge base Reading / insights repository C. Career System Opportunities tracker Networking log Outreach tracking D. Life Management Travel planning Financial tracking (high-level) Key tasks / priorities

System should be:

clean intuitive low-friction not over-engineered 4. Scheduling & Execution Schedule LinkedIn posts Maintain consistency Track what is working (basic analytics)

What We’re Looking For MUST HAVE Strong writing ability (clear, sharp, non-generic) Proven experience managing personal LinkedIn brands Ability to: extract ideas from conversations structure them into compelling content Hands-on experience with: Notion (databases, dashboards, workflows) AI tools for content creation IMPORTANT

You must be able to:

Work across two different voices / profiles Think in positioning, not just writing Build systems that actually get used GOOD TO HAVE Experience with: consulting / policy / finance domains Exposure to: global / UAE market positioning

Not a Fit If You Are A generic VA or admin assistant A Canva / design-first social media manager A Notion template seller without real usage experience Dependent on AI without original thinking

Selection Process Share: 2–3 best LinkedIn posts you’ve written 1 Notion system or dashboard you’ve built Assignment: Convert 2 rough ideas into LinkedIn posts (2 different voices) Propose a simple Notion structure for: content + life + career 30–45 min discussion

Success Metrics (First 3 Months) 4–6 high-quality posts/week (across both individuals) Clear improvement in positioning and clarity Increase in: inbound opportunities relevant network growth engagement quality (not vanity metrics) Functional Notion system actively used weekly
