Project Overview: We are building an AI Operating System for Manufacturing focused on CNC industries. The system will integrate production tracking, barcode-based traceability, AI-driven data capture, quality automation, and ERP integration.

This is a long-term project with multiple phases.

Scope (Phase 1

• MVP):

• Develop a web/mobile-friendly application

• User system (role-based)

• Barcode / QR-based job tracking

• Production data entry (simple UI)

• Dashboard (production, rejection, machine status)

• Basic data storage (Firebase / database)

Future Scope (Phase 2+):

• OCR-based data capture (image to data)
• Voice input system
• Integration with ERP systems (like Tally)
• Quality module (inspection, PPAP automation)
• AI-based recommendations

Required Skills:

• Full Stack Development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
• Experience with React / Node.js (preferred)
• Firebase / database handling
• API integration
• Mobile responsive UI design

Good to Have (Bonus):

• Experience in manufacturing / ERP systems
• Knowledge of OCR / AI tools
• Experience integrating with accounting software
