SENIOR PHP DEVELOPER — FATbit / Yo!Gigs Expert + Marketplace Architect $100–$125/hr | Long-Term Engagement | NDA Required

We're looking for a rare profile: a senior PHP developer with real, hands-on experience working with FATbit Technologies' white-label platforms (Yo!Gigs, YoKart, etc.), who can operate effectively within a licensed environment today while helping design what comes next.

This is not a generic PHP role.

If you've worked with FATbit's encrypted framework (their proprietary code layer referenced in Section 32), you already understand the constraints — and how to work productively within them.

THE PLATFORM

We operate a specialized two-sided marketplace for credentialed professionals operating in a regulated industry. The platform connects verified specialists with enterprise buyers who require vetted contract talent.

The platform is built on a customized Yo!Gigs GoQuick deployment and is nearing go-live.

Full platform and industry details are shared after initial screening and NDA execution.

PHASE 1 — FATbit Advisory & Platform Support (Immediate | ~10–20 hrs/month)

· Provide technical perspective on vendor deliverables, change requests, and implementation approaches · Identify boundaries between FATbit-controlled framework and modifiable application layers · Guide post-launch customization and issue resolution within license constraints · Support future scope decisions (CR-2 and beyond) from a position of technical clarity

PHASE 2 — Proprietary Platform Architecture (Post-Launch)

· Map platform dependencies (FATbit IP vs. company-owned logic) · Design a greenfield architecture for a next-generation marketplace platform · Define a migration strategy (feature parity → differentiation) · Potential to evolve into a long-term technical leadership / architecture role

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

· Direct experience with FATbit platforms (Yo!Gigs, YoKart, Growcer, etc.) · Comfort working within FATbit's encrypted framework and documented constraints · Experience with two-sided marketplaces (escrow, payments, bidding, user verification workflows) · Strong architectural thinking — not just implementation · Ability to operate independently and communicate clearly across teams · Willingness to work under NDA with third-party IP compliance requirements · Experience with regulated industries or credentialed professional communities is a plus

WHAT THIS ROLE IS (AND IS NOT)

This is a platform transition role — not a short-term freelance fix.

You will be working inside a live system, helping stabilize and guide it, while also shaping the architecture of what comes next.

You will work directly with the founder and have meaningful influence on platform direction.
